Fluent in English and French, I provide both telehealth and in-office therapy. I focus on counseling and skills-building, helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, personal growth, life balance, and high performance. My approach is science-based, psychodynamic, Jungian, and trauma-informed — grounded in compassion and connection.
I use evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM), somatic interventions, and attachment-focused approaches. I also incorporate biofeedback and HeartMath® techniques to help clients regulate stress and build resilience.
A calm, welcoming environment designed to feel warm, grounded, and comfortable — a place where you can relax and feel at ease.
Heartfelt Healing is here to walk beside you as you rediscover balance and strength. With compassionate counseling, mind-body techniques, and evidence-based care, we help you move through challenges, reconnect with yourself, and build a future with more peace and purpose.
